Terms of Service

Worksheet Print is provided by NBS Group Holdings LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These terms cover use of the Worksheet Print apps, website, and related online services, including worksheet recognition and review.

Personal, non-commercial use only

Worksheet Print is for your personal, non-commercial educational use. You may generate, print, and share worksheets with family and friends for personal, non-commercial practice.

Commercial use is not permitted without a separate written agreement from us. This includes selling or reselling worksheets or access to the app, using the app or its services as part of a paid tutoring or other business service, and repackaging or monetizing the app’s worksheet-generation, recognition, or review services. A subscription, promotional offer, or lifetime entitlement does not grant commercial-use rights.

Responsible use and abuse

You must not misuse the app or its services. Prohibited conduct includes:

• Using automation or other methods to overwhelm services, evade service limits, or interfere with other users’ access.
• Bypassing payment, security, authentication, or access controls, or obtaining access through fraud.
• Submitting unlawful, harmful, or unrelated material for worksheet analysis, or infringing another person’s rights.
• Harassing or threatening people who provide support or review, or using the services for unauthorized commercial activity.

Suspension or cancellation for abuse

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to Worksheet Print or any part of its services at any time if we reasonably believe that you have abused the service, violated these terms, engaged in fraud, or created a security risk. Where permitted by law, we may act immediately and without prior notice to stop or prevent abuse. Where practicable, we will explain the reason and provide a way to contact us for review.

Subscriptions and consumer rights

Cancelling or restricting service access is separate from cancelling subscription renewal. Subscriptions billed by Apple, or by Google where offered, must be managed through the corresponding store. Deleting the app or stopping use does not itself cancel subscription renewal. See Apple’s cancellation instructions or Google Play’s cancellation instructions.

Any remaining paid entitlement or refund will be handled as required by applicable law and the relevant store’s rules. These terms do not limit statutory consumer rights or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

App-store license and privacy

These service terms supplement the applicable app-store license. For Apple-distributed apps, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement continues to apply; these terms do not replace it. Mandatory platform rules continue to govern licensing and payments.

Our Privacy Policy explains how the app and optional online services handle information. These service terms do not authorize additional data collection or change your privacy choices.
