Worksheet Print is provided by NBS Group Limited LLC. This policy covers the Worksheet Print iOS/iPadOS and Android apps, the website, and optional owner usage reporting. Contact info@NBSGroupLimited.com for privacy questions.

Family content stays on the device

Family profiles, worksheet questions and answers, progress, printer presets, and saved worksheet photos are stored in the app on your device. Worksheet photos and individual answers are not uploaded for recognition or owner usage reporting. Recognition and math checking run locally, using Apple Vision and Core ML on iOS, and Google's bundled ML Kit on Android.

The app is set up and managed by a parent or adult. Each device stores its own information; cross-device family or worksheet synchronization is not currently available.

Optional usage reporting

Owner usage reporting is off by default. If a parent enables it in Settings, the app can send limited events to a private analytics service hosted on Vercel. Events include random installation and session identifiers, event time and local hour, app version, feature used, selected grade and skill, problem count and paper size, printing outcomes, recognition counts, and aggregate correct, incorrect, blank, or unread answer totals. A hashed worksheet reference links revisions and deletions without identifying a named child.

These events exclude worksheet photos, screenshots, handwriting, individual answers, problem expressions, names, ages, profile identifiers, learning-focus notes, printer names and addresses, advertising identifiers, and precise location. Aggregate scores are learning-performance information derived from practice, even though names and individual answers are excluded.

Owner reports are used to understand app use and aggregate results. The dashboard requires authentication. The service is configured for a 90-day retention policy; its event-store connection and live retention validation are still pending. Device queues are limited to 500 unsent events and 90 days. Vercel may process connection metadata, such as IP addresses, as part of operating the hosting service.

Turning reporting off stops future reporting, cancels uploads, clears unsent events, and rotates the installation identifier. It does not automatically retract already received events. Deleting a worksheet removes its score from current report calculations when its deletion event reaches the service; historical activity counts remain until retention expires.

Android SDK diagnostics

The Android recognition SDK can send installation identifiers, device and app information, performance metrics, configuration information, and errors to Google. The owner usage-reporting switch does not control Google's SDK diagnostics. See Google's ML Kit data disclosure. Worksheet Print does not include an advertising SDK, third-party analytics SDK, or session replay.

Camera, printing, and purchases

Camera capture and selected-photo access are used to check a worksheet you choose. On Android, the app delegates capture to your camera app and uses a scoped photo picker or temporary file. Your camera app and photo-library provider have their own policies. Deleting a worksheet does not delete an original image from your photo library.

Printing sends the generated worksheet PDF, including a learner name or nickname if present, to the printer or printing service you select. Printer and network operators may handle print jobs under their own policies. A successful print handoff does not confirm physical paper delivery.

Where an iOS unlock is offered, Apple processes the transaction using StoreKit. Worksheet Print does not receive payment-card details. TestFlight purchases use Apple's sandbox. Apple handles TestFlight diagnostics and feedback according to its policies. The Android beta's features and installation details are described on its download page.

Deletion and backups

Deleting a saved worksheet removes its local saved record, result, and photo. Removing the app removes its local app data, subject to device backups. iOS data may be included in device backups according to device settings. Android app backup is disabled in the current build. Information you separately export, print, or keep in your photo library is outside the app's saved record.

For questions about reports already received, contact the developer. Optional reports do not contain a named family account, so identifying a particular installation's reports may require additional information from your device.

Website and contact emails

The website uses no advertising trackers, analytics beacons, visitor cookies, browser storage, or sign-up form. The printer animation runs in your browser using an illustrated worksheet with blank answer spaces. It does not access your camera, microphone, location, photos, or printer, and it does not upload information. Hosting and domain providers may process routine network request information, such as IP addresses and requested URLs, to deliver and protect the site. Their operational logs are separate from the app's optional usage reporting. The Android beta download is delivered through Cloudflare from existing release storage hosted on Vercel. Those providers may process routine download request metadata. Selecting a contact link opens your email application. If you email us, your email address, message, and any attachments are processed by the email providers and used to respond. Please avoid sharing children's personal information or worksheet photos unless necessary and you choose to do so.

This policy will be updated when the app's data handling or distribution changes. The date above identifies the latest revision.
